Saint Lucy? Her symbol? Other additional information about Saint Lucy?!?
I am doing a project on Saint Lucy and there isn’t much information about her. If you know anything or any good websites please tell me.
1)I read somewhere that her symbol is her with herself holding a plate with 2 eyes?? What does that mean and is there another symbol for her??
2)What connection does St Lucy have to do with the blind? Is it because of the legend where her eyes where put out as torture and God restoring her sight?
3)Do you know any websites with information about her family, childhood and upbringing etc. ?
